I love this toner a lot. It cost me only $5 on sale. However it is not sold anymore at the stores, I am sad about it. I need to find replacement for this toner. I don't really like to spend money for toners. Still I need to use toners because I have some oily areas on my face. It is not supposed to rub on my skin. It is really bad thing to rub your skin. I like this philosophy purity cleanser. I am not sure if it works for my pores, but it works for taking make-up off in general. I guess my pores needs to be cared by the other stronger cleanser.

I am Lactose intolerance. It has to be lactose free. I prefer chocolate flavor but I bought Hemp powder without flavor. It is no sugar added, and non-GMO gluten free. I am not a vegetarian. I enjoy pork and chicken, they are yummy, but I just can't have them everyday. It will give me breakout sometimes. I work out regularly, and I want to raise up my metabolic system in my body, so I need to take enough protein. I am not a big eater, so I try to take some protein powder right after working out.
