Food that I ate today
I'm trying to eat raw food. It doesn't have to be perfect. Today I craved for a kind of junk food, so I ate curry chicken salad. It was not junk food or anything, but I don't know what they used to make the salad, so I just called it junk food. Actually spices for curry are good to detoxify your body, and chicken provides you proteins. I also wanted to have chocolate a little bit so I had some nuts and chocolate pieces. Blueberries are antioxidant.
