My favorite noodle soup
I don't usually eat instant food, but because I brought this packet back from back home, I wanted to eat it. I was craving for carbs a couple days ago, so I ate this. I was completely satisfied with its junky taste, then my craving for carbs was gone. But the water retention has started since then. It has a lot of sodium in it. I was glad my craving went out, but I'm not happy about water retention. It is so hard to manage menstrual cycle. During this cycle, I often crave for carbs, chocolate, nuts, or chicken salad at the deli section of grocery stores.
